ABOUT
ME

My passion for working with people began while I was working as a visitation supervisor for children in foster care; transporting and helping to facilitate the time families had to reconnect. During this time I was witness to an incredibly challenging chapter of peoples lives. From this, I learned that my path could not continue as just an observer but rather needed to move towards doing more for the mental and emotional health of those I worked with.

I have now been practicing in the marriage and family therapy field since 2018. I had the privilege of attending the MFT graduate program at Pacific Lutheran University. During that program I was an intern at an outpatient clinic where I primarily saw children and adolescents and received training in how to adapt traditional therapy techniques to those on the spectrum and other developmental differences. I went on to work at this location following graduation and simultaneously worked in a local school district providing therapy services to multiple grade levels. In 2020 I made the shift to a group practice in University Place where I broadened my scope of clients to include a wide variety of ages, backgrounds and demographics.

My love for learning and connecting with people keeps me active in utilizing different therapeutic lenses to best meet my clients needs. I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of people's efforts towards deeper fulfillment and a stronger sense of self. I have seen the power in human connection and the potential people have when given the time and space to process and grow. I look forward to working alongside you on that journey.
